Trying to use design to turn an obstacle in the sales process into a selling tool.
"The Agency Agreement" - and it's terrifyingly intimidating walls of text is one the first obstacles a Real Estate agent has to navigate when negotiating for business.

This was my attempt at reducing the level of discomfort experienced by vendors when presented with this obligatory document. Designed in 2016 Apartment Specialist still finds success with it in 2020!
